Management of EA
Education and Training
Education and training programs ensure that EA team members develop and maintain the skills, qualifications and experiences needed to successfully execute their assigned tasks. Training and education programs support the needs of all stakeholders and all EA roles. Training and education is an ongoing activity, requiring the manager to constantly assess the capabilities of team-members in light of changing EA program needs, job re-assignments, or new technologies, and to refresh or improve employee capabilities when needed. Several options exist for developing and improving EA job skills, from formal classroom training to internships and mentoring programs.
