Resourcing

Resourcing is the process of identifying and allocating sufficient funds, staff, tools, and other resources necessary to develop, manage, and implement an EA. Organizations may identify resources through the development and use of work plans and/or schedules demonstrating the level of effort during a particular phase of the EA life cycle. Resourcing is an ongoing and adaptive process, requiring adjustments throughout the EA life cycle.

 EABOK is an evolving knowledge base and more information will be released as available.
